We worked hard on Duke the German Shepherd's kennel, trying to make him a larger home and a place to run around a bit. If you recall, his old kennel was destroyed by an oak tree. Around three days after we introduced him to his new home, he sadly passed away. We knew he was sick, and the vet was prepared to meet us after hours. Unfortunately, it was too late. We buried him late yesterday evening, and didn't get through until around 11 P.M. It was a lot of work.
We went to the market and bought our groceries for the week. I suspect we'll go back tomorrow - we always find a reason to go somewhere on the weekends. I bought another Micro Galaxy mystery piece tonight. I'm hoping that I get lucky and get something new. I'm not big on mystery types of things. Anyway, I plan on doing some "opening" posts as soon as I can find the time.
After watching The Acolyte, I'm excited for what comes next: a new series (or maybe a movie, not sure) devoted to Alien(s)! Though it's not connected (I think), I loved the xeno vs Predator fights.
