Three nights ago, I was sitting outside on the front porch. It was dark already. The west side of the porch is illuminated. The bulb on the east side is blown and I haven't remembered to replace it.
I was engrossed by something on Facebook. I don't remember what it was. Suddenly, something touched my leg. We don't have outside cats anymore, so I knew I was being visited by...something.
I yelped, jumped up, and headed toward the western light. When I got there, I turned my phone's flashlight on. At the eastern end of the porch, I saw two glowing eyes. It was a raccoon.
Also, two nights ago at a local store, a guy walked out without paying for his groceries. He came back in when he discovered that he hadn't paid. I got a laugh out of that because I did the same thing not too long ago.
My blog will be auto-updating until September the first. I still have a long way to go to produce the content that I want to see here. I'm just now posting my Star Trek models. Star Wars will be addressed too, and I'll keep updating movies and flash fiction. The blog is expanding beyond what I wanted to focus on.
Shower knobs at home have failed, and we've had trouble finding new parts. Almost like they're obsolete. I hope we can install the new ones with no problems. It won't affect my ability to post.
