I didn't get much accomplished on the dog kennel yesterday. I did accomplish getting too hot. Afterward, I was in the kitchen for a couple of hours cooking pork chops (fried in olive oil), macaroni and cheese, and corn on the cob. After the dinner was prepared, I made chicken salad for my wife and son-in-law's lunch. It's laborious because you have to boil eggs, dice onion, and dice pickles to go in it. It can be made with canned chicken, which is a plus.
What I am cooking today remains to be seen. For that matter, what I am going to do today (other than write herein) remains to be seen. I'm sure something will happen. It always does, and it's not always fun, but that's how it goes.
Finally had the opportunity to do a little spring cleaning and take a few pictures. I've also located several pieces of my Star Trek and knife collection. The 30th of March was World Bipolar Day, and I'm dropping into depression. It's an illness that you definitely don't want to have. I have rapid cycling bipolar disorder. Working on my blog seems to level me out and allow me to swing in the opposite direction.
Praise the Lord! We finished the dog kennel! It was so terribly hot, but my wife, I, and my sister-in-law got it done. Its new occupant - a German Shepherd named Duke - is settled in.
