The picture is of the pizza I made a couple of days ago. It was well-received by all and all of it was eaten. The "dark spots" in the picture are black olives, which I placed beneath the cheese. I usually buy a package of shredded cheese called "pizza blend," but Walmart was sold out of it. Instead, I used shredded mozzarella. I couldn't taste the difference.
Today I have much to do and much I need to do. As usual, Friday is grocery shopping day. There's still a ton to do outside. I need to clean the yard up. I need to mow some of the taller grass. The front yard still looks fine, but nowhere else does. I'm thinking about trying to mow in "time blocks," late in the evening, perhaps around 7 P.M. The heat isn't usually quite as bad, and the sun sets around 8 P.M.
