I just got this droid in the mail today (8/20/2024), actually via UPS. Star Wars Power Droid, Kenner. Star Wars The Vintage Collection. I used to have a similar droid when I was a little boy, I'm almost positive it was the droid that appeared in A New Hope in the Jawa sand crawler. The one I got today is not the exact same thing, but it gives me nostalgic vibes for sure. I bought it from Amazon. A power droid was, basically, a walking battery that supplied power. Thus, the name.
