If you know, you know. If you don't, you don't. But I'll explain it.
This person made a power droid out of a couple of bins and some other stuff, perhaps some paint cans. I don't know what the feet are made from. This image could represent a "gonk" droid (so-called because that's the only thing they say) or an EG-6 Power Droid.
Some draw a distinction between the Gonk droids and the EG-6, while others say they are basically the same droid. Power droids are, as the name implies, are, basically, walking batteries. They supply power. Perhaps the most popular droid of this kind is seen in A New Hope, inside the Jawa sand crawler.
I had a figure of this droid when I was a kid. It had the same shape as the above picture, but its "face" was simply a paper sticker. I remember being disappointed when the sticker peeled off - but I guess that's to be expected when you're a 12-year-old kid who is hard on their toys. As an adult, I wish I had saved all of my old toys.
After writing all the above, I have news. I bought a power droid today from Amazon. Pictures will be posted when it arrives. Also, I think I'm going to keep an eye out for some small bins. I don't think it would be too hard to make a power droid. We'll see, I guess.
