My keyword for the day is (mild) distress. There are several reasons for this, which I shall not go into. I am concerned about several things going on in life. Today my back has been killing me. I took the (prescribed) Tylenol, as directed. But, as it often does, it gave me a headache. Then I had to take something else for nausea. I wish everything would level out, cut me some slack. I'd like peace. I'm also concerned that I may be going into a manic phase. Not much else to report on today. Just me complaining, I guess.
