Storm
Storm - Author's Picture

We went to Walmart last Friday and ended up forgetting to take a sack home with us. It was an expensive little sack. Naturally, when we asked, no one had turned it in or reported it. Not surprising to us. So, we had to buy it all again, including some very costly olive oil. I was suddenly reminded of the many liars I dealt with when I worked in ministry. Sorry, but it's the truth.

We stopped at a Dollar Tree. While checking out, my wife noticed a child (practically a baby) who wanted something from the gumball machines. His mom had recently taken all the change out of her purse. Of course, my wife had to give him some quarters. It's not the first time she's done it.

I don't remember much about taking the picture (above). It was taken in Oklahoma. I'm also sure that it was taken somewhere around Poteau, Oklahoma. I've forgotten. It's an old photo, and I think it was taken with one of those "throw-away" cameras.
