Several pieces of heavy equipment passed by off and on all day. I'm too far off the road to get a better picture. I had a flashback to when I was a little boy. I was fascinated by all kinds of construction equipment. I grew up hearing the crews being referred to as the "highway boys." Last, I finally did get to move that hummingbird feeder (mentioned below) to another location.
I'm still working on blog content, though I'm taking a few days off from writing the story 3820. As of right now, I have enough material to last through January of 2026. The next thing on the agenda, assuming that the ground dries up, is to find one entire day to work in the yard, including cutting limbs off some trees, mowing, and perhaps finding a place to hang a new hummingbird feeder. We had heavy rain this evening. I hope it dries up quickly.
Edit: We had extremely heavy rain. I'm not sure how long it'll take to dry up. I got a new devotional book from Billy Graham's ministry. I hope it's arranged by dates.
