It's in the oven right now. My wife's co-worker at the office gave her and others what's called (officially) a "Huge Apple Pie." This pie stands several inches tall. It's made by the Tootie Pie Company. The company has a couple of different (Texas) locations, which can be found here. As big as it is, there should be enough left for Thanksgiving. But I plan on eating some tonight.
