Father's Day came and went, and I had tater tot casserole, courtesy of my daughter. I got a few odds and ends things for my Star Wars collection. I'll eventually take pictures and post them.

I'm writing a long story called 3820. It'll be released throughout 2025, and when it is finished, it'll be published as complete, just like my book, Washita. The title is inspired by a building I saw daily when I was at the hospital in Plano, Texas. The structure features reflective glass, pillars, and archways. From my location, I couldn't see any power lines or other infrastructure, save for an area on top of the building. The building contains roughly five acres of office space. It didn't seem like it was bustling, though I found out that a few offices are operating from that location. It got me to thinking: What about a similar building that functions as a portal between different realms, or even different time periods? Thus, the idea for 3820 was born.

The picture was taken at the Museum of the Red River in Idabel, Oklahoma. I noticed that a lot of it was discovered in Arkansas.
